Terms of Use

VibeCheck — operated by Culver Limited, CRO 826086, 12 Adelaide Road, Dublin 2, D02 H221, Ireland. Effective date: 16 August 2026.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a VibeCheck account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use VibeCheck. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the service

• Do not use VibeCheck for unlawful, harassing, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the coaching models.
• You are responsible for the content you submit (messages, photos) and confirm you have the right to share it.
• Coaching output is generated by AI and may be imperfect. Use your own judgement.

4. Subscriptions & purchases

• Paid plans (Premium, Premium Plus) and Spark credits are billed through the app store you purchased from (Google Play / Apple App Store).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Manage or cancel in the app store's subscription settings.
• Spark credits are consumables and are not refundable once used.
• Refund eligibility follows the applicable app store policy.

5. User content & photos

If you upload photos (e.g. for Photo Review), you grant VibeCheck a limited licence to process them solely to provide the feature. Photos are stored in a private bucket and analysed by our AI models. You can delete your photos and account at any time.

6. Data retention & deletion

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations:

• Account & profile: retained while your account is active.
• Conversations & photos: retained while your account is active; deleted when you delete your account.
• Entitlements / purchase records: retained as required for billing and tax compliance; entitlement status is removed on account deletion.
• Analytics events: retained per our analytics provider's settings and removed where tied to your user id on deletion.

To delete everything: open the app → Settings → Delete Account, or email support@vibecheck.zohodesk.eu. Deletion is processed promptly from our primary database. Some records (e.g. bare purchase receipts) may persist where required by law but are disassociated from your account where feasible.

7. Disclaimers

VibeCheck is provided "as is" without warranties. It is not a substitute for professional relationship, mental-health, medical, or legal advice. Your dating interactions and decisions are your own responsibility; prioritise your personal safety.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Culver is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
